The Human Performance Lab offers comprehensive fitness and performance assessments tailored to a wide range of individuals and performance goals. Two assessment options are available: General Fitness Assessment and Cycling Performance Testing.
General Fitness Assessment
The General Fitness Assessment provides a comprehensive evaluation of overall fitness and physical performance.
Who This Is For
- Athletes
- Gym and fitness center members
- Tactical professionals (police, fire, and military)
- Running clubs
- Individuals interested in improving fitness or performance goals
Cycling Performance Testing
Cycling Performance Testing is designed for individuals with cycling experience, particularly those who train using power meters. This assessment focuses on identifying training zones and key metabolic thresholds to support performance optimization.
Who This Is For
- Experienced cyclists
- Competitive and recreational cyclists
- Individuals who train using power meters
- Athletes seeking accurate training zones
- Cyclists interested in improving performance through data-driven training
Assessments include:
- Resting measures including height, weight, and blood pressure
- Body composition analysis using InBody 770
- Lower body strength and power assessment using Hawkin Dynamics Force Plates and/or HUMAC Norm
- VO₂ Max test (treadmill or bike)
Participants will receive a detailed report with clear explanations of all results.

- Identification of metabolic thresholds
- Identification of VO₂ Max
- Power–time curve for high-intensity efforts
- Identification of heart rate and power zones
General Fitness Assessment: $250 per person
Cycling Performance Testing: $250 per person
Payments can be made via credit card on our online portal once you have scheduled your appointment. A payment link will be provided to you upon confirmation of your appointment date. Payment must be finalized at least 24 hours in advance of your assessment.
