Marketing Ticket Request

CECH Marketing and Communications is here to assist with the marketing needs of the College, the Schools, recruitment, and the various units and centers affiliated with CECH. Our goal is to ensure that all materials align with CECH and University of Cincinnati brand standards while meeting strategic objectives for recruitment, engagement, and visibility.

Please review the available request types below. Each section includes a brief description and an estimated turnaround time. If you do not see the type of request you need, please contact CECH Marketing and Communications for assistance.

Turnaround times for all marketing requests are contingent upon current departmental workload and the complexity of the project submitted. Timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Marketing & Communications team reserves the right to adjust projected delivery dates as needed to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to institutional standards. Submission of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Edits or additions to CECH website content, including new pages, updated text, links, or images. Larger projects (e.g., new sections) may require additional coordination.

Creation or updating of a digital sign for display across CECH facilities. If media is being provided, please ensure all assets are sized to 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Development and deployment of targeted email communications through platforms such as Constant Contact or internal listservs. Includes template design, copy review, and audience coordination. 

Estimated turnaround: 4 weeks

Design of visual materials such as flyers, posters, certificates, brochures, or viewbooks that adhere to UC and CECH branding.

*Turnaround times for graphic design requests are determined by the complexity of the project, the number of individual graphics required, and the total number of pages or assets to be produced.

A marketing campaign request encompasses multiple coordinated marketing deliverables within a single project. This may include, but is not limited to, email communications, digital signage, promotional materials, merchandise, social media assets, and other strategic components. Campaigns also involve performance tracking, data reporting, and any additional strategy necessary to support the overall marketing objectives.

Timeframes for marketing campaign requests vary based on project scope, required assets, and strategic needs. Standard campaign timelines typically range from four to six weeks; however, actual turnaround times may differ. A marketing professional from the team will conduct an initial consultation to review your request and provide an estimated delivery schedule tailored to the specific assets and components required for your campaign.

Assistance with CECH-branded merchandise and print materials, including quote requests, design guidance, and vendor coordination through approved UC suppliers. 

Estimated turnaround: 3–4 weeks (subject to vendor timelines)

Our team provides photography and videography services for approved events. To ensure availability and proper planning, a minimum of three weeks’ notice is required for all multimedia requests. For event-related projects, clients should upload a shot sheet, agenda, or detailed outline through the marketing request form to guide coverage and align expectations.

Edited photography and/or videography assets will be delivered within two weeks following the event, unless otherwise communicated based on project scope or complexity.

Request for a written feature or announcement highlighting CECH programs, faculty, students, research, or events. Content may be used for web, social media, or newsletters. 

Estimated turnaround: 3–4 weeks

An event request may include multiple coordinated marketing and multimedia needs within a single project. This can include, but is not limited to, photography, videography, email communications, digital signage, promotional materials, and other event-related assets. Events often require collaboration across several marketing functions to ensure proper promotion, coverage, and follow-up.

Turnaround times for event requests vary based on the scope and complexity of the event, as well as the number of marketing and multimedia components required. While timelines will differ from project to project, a member of the Marketing & Communications team will conduct an initial consultation to assess your needs and provide an estimated schedule tailored to your event. Delivery dates may be adjusted as necessary to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper coordination across all requested assets.
