The University of Cincinnati’s School of Education supports research and teamwork to improve teaching and learning. The Children’s Literacy Lab studies how children learn to read and write, and the Mathematics Education Collaborative works to improve how math is taught. Together, they help teachers use research-based strategies to support student learning.
SRCL
The Scientific Research in Children’s Literacy Lab (SRCL) at the University of Cincinnati focuses on understanding and improving children’s language, reading, and writing development through research and teaching.
Mathematics Education Collaborative
We are a collaborative group of mathematics education and mathematics scholars in the School of Education and Department of Mathematical Sciences whose professional interests center on the teaching and learning of mathematics across diverse contexts.
