A College Dean Gets Behind the Grill for a Tasty Tradition UC|21 is putting students first as the strategic plan strives to build a 24-7 environment for students to learn, live and socialize. Here's one example that really sizzles! CECH offers online courses in Spanish CECH has begun offering early-childhood education courses to Spanish-speaking students online.
