Early childhood education staff at Arlitt work collaboratively with parents, practicum students, and other professionals to create the best possible learning environment for each child enrolled in the center. Most lead teachers have master's degrees in child development or early childhood education.
In addition to facilitating children's interactions and learning opportunities in the classroom, Arlitt teachers design most of the curriculum materials they use. Arlitt preschool teachers are often asked to share their expertise with the early childhood education community, both locally and throughout the country.
